Alex
Character Biographies - Sir Hugo of Deangard's Party Bios
Alex is the youngest of the outlaw group and harbours a big secret. Alex is a girl posing as a boy in order to be accepted by the group. Robin and Reynard operate no particular gender exclusion policy, but as a teenager, she probably has a point as far as the disguise goes. There's a complication though, because Alex has developed a powerful crush on Robin and wants to declare her intentions, but doing so would reveal the truth. For now, she remains a boy and has learned to be a skilled guerrilla fighter. If Robin is endangered though, Alex fights like a demon to save him.
Alfie
Character Biographies - Neutral Characters
Alfie is the expert axe thrower in the dwarf raiding party. Capable of lopping the stretched braids off a wench (or indeed a girly-man) at twenty paces, he is the scourge of the coiffured classes. Needless to say, he isn’t Wendi’s favourite fellow in the world (or indeed worlds).
Arthur Dale
Character Biographies - Neutral Characters
Arthur Dale is a travelling merchant who wanders the countryside, trading items with villages and settlements, including bandit and rebel camps like Robin and Reynard's. He's not above pulling a fast one here and there, if he feels the mark can afford it, but he has a heart of gold and likes to help out folk who are in trouble.
Beaky Muldoon
Character Biographies - Gui le Batard's Party Bios
Beaky Muldoon is an Irish vulturer. This is a unique position that has been totally made up because Beaky's former master thought it would be hilarious to put a nervous Irish peasant in charge of an ill-tempered Griffon Vulture called Susan. This has caused Beaky's pronounced stammer and collection of scars. He's looking for new employment since being sacked, on account of the joke getting old. In battle* the vulture is pretty much the boss in the relationship, with Beaky generally making up the commands to match the creature's behaviour.
Belli
Character Biographies - Neutral Characters
Belli is a legendary beer guzzler, and even by Viking standards he can put it away. It is said that instead of a wet nurse, or his mother, Belli the baby was fed from a keg and he never needed to be weaned thereafter.
Bolshy Bandit
Character Biographies - Neutral Characters
The Bolshy Bandit is one of Robin in the Wood's loyal henchmen. He's a Saxon priest who got on the wrong side of the law and found himself taking up with the bandits and rebels who live in the Forest of Dean, making a living by robbing the Norman invaders and distributing the surplus to the poor Saxons who are suffering under the new regime.
Brother Oswald
Character Biographies - Gui le Batard's Party Bios
Brother Oswald is the Deacon of Gwent, though by birth he is a Saxon from Staffordshire. He disguises his inherent sadism and self regard behind a mask of piety, and the prayers he utters in times of conflict tend to focus on harming the enemy rather than aiding his "friends". If all else fails he carries an affectedly simple, custom made crosier called The Crux, which he wields like a quarterstaff.
