A slithy tove is a bizarre mish-mash of a badger, a lizard and a corkscrew, and they're extremely fond of cheese, which they've stolen from nearby human settlements and buried all over the clearing. Slithy toves become extremely riled and will attack with their wicked corkscrew appendages if they suspect a character of harbouring cheese.
