The Warheads Team

John Robertson: Kilted Cogitator and Holy Gaming EmperorJohn Robertson: Kilted Cogitator and Holy Gaming Emperor

John's been working within the hobby industry for longer than he'd care to remember. The adventure started in a small 6 x 4 foot shed in 1988 and since then he has worked on projects such as Kryomek, Leviathan, Warzone, Chronopia, Empire Chronopia, Void, Celtos, Urban War and Metropolis. He has assumed a number of roles, from games design, writing, doing layout and graphic design to sculpting and concept development. John loves Jack Russells, haggis and caffeine and is daft about ancient history.

Half that time was in tabletop games and the other half in video games, but now he's back among the little metal fellows again with Warheads: Medieval Tales. Stuart Beel : Caricaturist & Illuminator of Tall TalesStuart Beel : Caricaturist & Illuminator of Tall Tales

In the early '90s Stuart, being in the wrong place at the wrong time, managed to scam employment as an in-house illustrator on Nightfall Games' SLA Industries. In the following years he produced numerous works for Magic, Vampire, Battletech and a whole bunch of TCGs ,RPGs and Tabletop games. Latterly he worked with John and Mark on some of the finest games they could muster, and on creating characters, environments and weapons for various video games companies in Edinburgh.

Nick Sawyer : Magical Sculptor of the Warheads PeopleNick Sawyer : Magical Sculptor of the Warheads People

Nick graduated in 2000 and became character artist for Viz Entertainment on the State of Emergency franchise and Evil Dead: A Fistful of Boomstick. He followed that up with the acclaimed The Ship at Outerlight. As well as his Warheads work, Nick works for VEEMEE doing stuff for Audi, Monty Python and Iron Man on Playstation Home. Nature fan Nick likes to get out into the great outdoors at least once a week, and can often be found enjoying a pint and a bad joke at Cloisters.

Debbie Keys: Maker of the Sacred ManuscriptsDebbie Keys: Maker of the Sacred Manuscripts

Debbie fell into the world of video post-production at Audiomotion in '98 and developed quite the taste for building worlds and (virtually) blowing them up. Latterly she joined games company Travelers Tales and became good friends with a Bandicoot called Crash. In subsequent years Debbie has worked for Outerlight, Lego, Universal, Audi, Ubisoft, Dreamworks SKG, Sony and EA Sports. She is currently a 3D artist at VEEMEE and also co-owns the web company that built this site, Mad Cat Digital.

Jack Schofield: The Dark Master of the WebJack Schofield: The Dark Master of the Web

Jack is a web developer and IT professional who has also returned to academia for an MA in International Relations (to the bemusement of everyone). An avid role-player and war gamer, Jack has an unhealthy addiction to little metal men, dice and making silly voices. After a brief romance with static HTML coding Jack switched to developing websites using PHP/MySQL based content management systems and is currently the less glamorous (and far spottier) half of the Mad Cat Digital partnership.
